PVE AMERICAN is an innovative Dutch manufacturer of the newest generation of crawler cranes. With modern CANBUS technology and a strong focus on safety, sustainability and transport efficiency, we develop cranes that are ready for the future. From our base in the Netherlands we are building an international dealer network and growing fast in Europe and North America. That is why we are looking for an ambitious commercial professional to help build the success of PVE AMERICAN.

What you will do

As International Sales Manager you are responsible for the sale of our crawler cranes and the further expansion of our international dealer and customer network. Your work includes:

• Actively developing new customers and dealers across Europe and North America
• Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
• Advising customers on our crawler cranes from 90 to 300 tonnes
• Preparing and negotiating quotations and sales agreements
• Representing PVE AMERICAN at international trade shows and events
• Working with engineering and product development to translate customer needs into new innovations
• Regular travel within Europe and the United States

Who we are looking for

An entrepreneurial, commercial personality who gets energy from international trade and from building long-term customer relationships. You bring:

• A bachelor-level (HBO) working and thinking level
• Several years of commercial experience selling construction machinery, heavy equipment or other capital goods
• An independent, results-driven attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel internationally (roughly 30% of the time)
• Affinity with technology

Languages

You are fluent in at least Dutch and English. Knowledge of German, French or Spanish is a strong plus.
